Spanish wintertime can be very variable, concerning the difference between day and night temperatures. This leading to a certain amount of air humidity. All the apartments have been built after Norwegian standards, which means well isolated walls, floor heating and double glassed safety windows. This gives a good and healthy indoor climate summer as winter.
Included in the price:
Electricity, water, heating, community fees and free use of
the pool, tennis court, spa, BBQ and the “bodega” (our activity room). For short terms also includes weekly cleaning, bed linen and towel change (we ask our clients to please bring towels for the pool and beach themselves).
All the apartments are fully equipped divided into following categories:
3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, kitchen, livingroom and porch/terrace.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and terrace.
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, hall, kitchen, livingroom and private garden.
1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, hall and a balcony with lovely views to the garden.
2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and private garden.
